Simon brings significant finance, executional and management experience to the board, having been involved as senior management (CEO, CFO) or director of a number of high growth companies that have successfully generated significant shareholder returns.  These include the sale of iCareHealth Australia to Telstra (2014), sale of MYOB to Bain Capital (2011), take private of MYOB with Archer Capital (2008) and sale of Fitness2Live to McKesson (2007). 

He is currently also a director of a number of companies and not-for-profit organisations, including Sendle (Chair), Tandem Corp (Director), Arq Group (Director) and Methodist Ladies’ College (Director).
