Mark Simari brings a wealth of corporate and management experience to the Novita Healthcare team. He has been responsible for a number of successful company re-births as well as the integration of several acquisitions applying his strong business acumen and hands on management philosophy.

With excellent networks in the health and aged care, banking, capital markets and financial services sectors Mark has proven capabilities across a diverse range of industries facing substantial challenges in demanding environments.

Mark’s background incorporates experience as a company secretary, financial advisor and stockbroker and as the owner of several enterprises with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, business re-structuring, building shareholder value and ASX small to mid cap listings.

As Managing Director and Corporate Executive for Paragon Care (2009), Mark was instrumental in turning the company around from potential administration to embarking on an acquisition program that is now capitalising on the high growth health and aged care sector as well as delivering shareholder returns.
