Jonathan is an executive director of Metamor Capital Partners, a specialist credit funds manager. He has over 20 years experience in law and investment banking in Australia, Europe and Asia, having advised on over $50b of corporate transactions globally. Prior to co-founding Metamor in 2014, he has been a corporate partner at a major national law firm, a founding director of a technology company and an executive at an investment bank.
