DEEP TECHNOLOGY COMMERCIALISATION EXPERTISE.
BUILDING SUSTAINABLE GLOBAL BUSINESSES.
Grey Innovation possesses strong expertise in Commercialisation, Product Development, and Manufacturing.
Grey Innovation identifies and qualifies existing proven IP, assessing applications, market need, and market size. Our network of global industry channel partners support accelerated and de-risked commercialisation, from end to end.
We screen and prove technology and commercial feasibility using a “fast fail” process, then spin out new companies. We develop and novate IP and raise further investment as required. Grey Innovation develops, trials and certifies products ready for sale. We maintain a strong supportive connection, and facilitate partnerships, acquisitions, and ultimately exit.
Jefferson Harcourt formed Grey Innovation in 1998, and since its inception, Grey has undertaken engineering development work for a wide range of industry sectors including defence, automotive, consumer electronics, and medical devices.
Jefferson works with members of the investment community to help build business, sits on a number of start up company boards, and is committed to helping create successful high-tech companies.
